PU puts out admission notice for academic session 2025-26
With the putting out of the notice, the Panjab University (PU), Chandigarh, on Monday started the admission process for various courses and programmes for the academic session 2025-2026.
PU Vice-Chancellor (V-C) Renu Vig launched the Handbook of Information 2025-26 comprising all courses, seats, fees, eligibility of courses and other relevant details. Vig informed that all related information, like the number of courses, seats, fees and other relevant details, are available in the booklet, which can be accessed on the PU website.
From this year, the NSS certificate from the PU will be valid for a lifetime. The university has also increased the seats for foreign nationals to the extent of 25 per cent from the session 2025-26, except for the courses governed by the regulatory bodies.
The Handbook of Information 2025-26 comprises all the changes that have been approved by the competent authority to date. The PU has implemented many initiatives to assist and guide students.
The online forms cover 23 UG and 127 PG courses. The forms for undergraduate/ certificate courses are available at and the last date of online form submission is July 1. The forms for PG/ diploma/ advanced diploma/ post-MA diploma courses will be available at from June 10, and the last date of online form submission is July 17.
