Woman (34) accused of three sex offences freed on bail
Hannah McGlone, from Co. Down, is accused of intentionally causing a male to engage in sexual activity without his consent.
A Co. Down woman has appeared in court accused of three sex offences.
Hannah McGlone was in the dock of Downpatrick Magistrates Court charged with carrying out three sex assaults in April 2023.
The 34-year-old, from Scrabo Road, Newtownards is accused of intentionally causing a male to engage in sexual activity without his consent.
McGlone confirmed she had received the papers and statements relating to the preliminary enquiry, the legal step necessary for any case to be sent to the crown court.

Although none of the background was opened to the court, a prosecuting lawyer submitted there was a prima facie case against the defendant and that was conceded by her solicitor who also applied for legal aid.
McGlone declined to comment on the charges or to call evidence on her own behalf.
District Judge Amanda Brady freed the defendant on her own bail of £300 and returned the case to Downpatrick Crown Court with a date yet to be set for arraignment.
