WWE Superstar R-Truth (Ron Killings) announced his release from WWE on X. The 53-year-old, known for his comedic persona, won the WWE 24/7 Championship 54 times.
In a surprising turn of events, WWE Superstar R-Truth (real name Ron Killings) announced his release from the company.
R-Truth took to X on Sunday to share the news of his departure from WWE.

The 53-year-old Killings was featured in a prominent match on last weekend's Saturday Night's Main Event show, where he faced John Cena and lost. He then appeared on SmackDown, losing to JC Mateo in what could be his final WWE match.
The announcement was confirmed by wrestling journalist Sean Ross Sapp, who stated that R-Truth's departure is legitimate and that he will be leaving WWE upon the expiration of his current contract.

Beloved by all and considered as one of the most comedic wrestling personas of all time, R-Truth won the WWE 24/7 Championship 54 times. He is also a two-time United States Champion, two-time Hardcore Champion, and two-time WWE Tag Team Champion.
This departure marks the end of R-Truth's second tenure with WWE, which began in 2008.
Before that, his first run with WWE lasted from 1999 to 2001 when he appeared as K-Kwik. He then enjoyed a successful five-year tenure in TNA, where he became the NWA World Heavyweight Champion, before returning to WWE.
