Fire The Agency (FTA) launched with subscription-led marketing model for clients

A core team of ex-CXOs, directors, and digital specialists has come together to launch Fire The Agency ( FTA ). The agency's biggest differentiator is its 'TaaS' ( Team-as-a-Subscription ) model, where, in place of traditional retainers, clients will access custom-built digital marketing services that include SEO, content, paid media, analytics, and creative experts, all powered by AI tools and sync-first collaboration. Helmed by Senthil Kumar Hariram, FTA aims to follow a more results-driven and agile approach. 'We're not an agency. We're your marketing operating system . We are not here to replicate the past, but to build a marketing operating system that is fast, tactical and accountable. We're not here to consult - we're here to execute,' said Hariram. With years of experience in the conventional agency-based systems, FTA aims to replace inefficiencies with lean, digital marketing services directly embedded into client workflows and processes. Tasneem Calcuttawala, vice president of service and delivery, FTA, said, 'Traditional agencies slowed everything down, too many handoffs and not enough accountability. Your brand would lose momentum before you even get started. What we have built at FTA is different. We have the clarity and autonomy to move fast, solve problems, and make an impact where it counts.' Yatin Bhasin, vice president of sales and marketing, FTA, underlined, 'Anyone can shake hands and close a deal, that's easy. The real work begins after. At FTA, we don't just sell a service and walk away. We stay close, we solve problems and push for results. That's how trust is built, not with presentations, but by showing up when it matters.' Hariram has over two decades of experience in the industry and has worked with iconic brands like HDFC, TATA Communications, Titan, Apollo, and ESPN. He has also been responsible for the growth of Neil Patel Digital India. For more information, visit: Brand Connect Initiative

ACB arrests ENC for KLIS after raids in Telangana

Simultaneously, ACB teams from Medak raided the Gajwel Irrigation ENC office and visited the Markook tahsildar office to verify land documents. Searches were also carried out in Puttaparthi, Andhra Pradesh. In a release, the ACB stated that a case of possession of disproportionate assets has been registered against Hariram. Notably, the National Dam Safety Authority (NDSA) had earlier in the week submitted its report on the KLIS project and the reasons behind the sinking of some piers of the Medigadda barrage. As part of the searches, officials examined documents and computers. Hariram, currently serving as the managing director of the Kaleshwaram Corporation and ENC for the Gajwel region, was involved in securing approvals and loans for KLIS. His wife, B Anitha, serves as deputy ENC in the Irrigation department. The market value of the movable and immovable property seized is estimated to be in hundreds of crores. Led by DSP K Srinivas Reddy, the team arrived in eight vehicles and conducted searches that stretched late into the night. Sources said Hariram, currently posted as engineer-in-chief, irrigation and command area development, Gajwel, was at home and cooperated with officials. His wife, a deputy chief engineer at Water and Land Management Training and Research Institute, was also present. Another team searched the tahsildar office at Markook in Siddipet district to verify land records linked to Hariram, who allegedly owns large tracts of agricultural land there. ACB officials are also in the process of opening several bank lockers linked to him. "A case of disproportionate assets was registered against Hariram. He has assets beyond known sources of income. Property documents pertaining to open plots, commercial spaces, agricultural land, and houses were seized. The accused acquired several movable and immovable properties illegally by abusing his official position," ACB said in a statement. Searches were also conducted at Puttaparthi in Andhra Pradesh where Hariram's son-in-law works, and at Hariram's native village, Edurugadda, in Bhadradri Kothagudem district. In all, 13 locations across the two Telugu states were searched, including the homes of Hariram's relatives and friends. Among the assets unearthed were villas at Sheikpet and Kondapur, one flat each in Srinagar Colony, Madhapur, Narsingi, commercial space at Amaravati, 28 acres in Markook, 20 guntas in Patancheru, two houses in Srinagar Colony, one farmhouse in six acres with mangrove in Bommalaramaram, an underconstruction building at Kothagudem, one plot each in Quthbullapur and Miryalaguda, two four-wheelers, including a BMW car, gold ornaments and bank deposits," a senior ACB official said. As investigations gathered pace, sources said Saturday's raids mark a major step in the govt's move to fix accountability for the alleged corruption in the construction of Kaleshwaram project. The raids come against the backdrop of mounting scrutiny of the Kaleshwaram project. On March 14, 2024, the state govt had appointed a commission headed by Justice PC Ghose to investigate alleged irregularities in the construction of the project's barrages. Hariram was questioned by the commission in Sept 2024. The National Dam Safety Authority, in its recent report, pointed to serious lapses, recommending a thorough investigation into the Medigadda, Annaram, and Sundilla barrages. Speaking on the sidelines of the Bharat Summit 2025 at HICC on Friday, Uttam termed the flaws in the Kaleshwaram project a "grave betrayal" of Telangana's farmers. "We will ensure this betrayal does not go unpunished. Those who built this project and enabled its flaws will face consequences," he said, promising a detailed study of the NDSA's findings.

The ACB authorities are yet to release details over the findings from the ongoing searches as its operations are still continuing.
