Hays County man arrested after being found with ‘significant quantities' of several drugs
HAYS COUNTY, Texas (KXAN) — A 37-year-old man was arrested earlier this week in Driftwood and faces several drug-related charges and is accused of stealing two firearms, according to law enforcement.
The Hays County Sheriff's Office arrested Raymond Hartoin, 37, on Tuesday after conducting a search warrant and finding him with 'significant quantities' of Methamphetamine, Cocaine, MDMA, Ketamine, THC, Marijuana, and U.S. currency, according to a release.
Deputies also found multiple firearms and ammunition; two of the firearms were reported stolen out of Hays County and Georgetown, HCSO said.
HCSO said in a press release that Hartoin was taken into custody after HCSO's Repeat Offender Program, Drone Unit, Interdiction Unit, and patrol deputies executed an arrest warrant and a narcotics search warrant at a residence on Brownson Lane in Driftwood on Tuesday.
Hartoin was booked into the Hays County Jail on an unrelated warrant, according to HCSO. He was also charged with 10 counts of Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana, and two counts of Theft of a Firearm.
Hartoin's total bonds were set at $254,000, per HCSO.
