Dubai real estate: Palma Development launches $1.3bn Serenia District in Jumeirah Islands
Palma Development has launched Serenia District, a new AED5 billion ($1.36 billion) residential community in Jumeirah Islands, Dubai.
The Dubai real estate development spans 600,000 sq. ft. with a built-up area of 3.5 million sq. ft. and features six integrated towers.
The project centres around six lifestyle zones: the Serenia Signature Clubhouse, Health and Social zone, Sports and Recreation spaces, Family Oasis, Nature Discovery zone, and a Wellness Retreat.

Phase one introduces West Residence, a 46-storey tower with 419 one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes, offering views of Jumeirah Islands. The tower emphasises clean aesthetics and simplicity.
The development includes a 100,000 sq. ft. Serenia Signature Clubhouse with amenities such as a panoramic infinity pool, gym, rooftop café, male and female spas, an indoor paddle court, a half basketball court, a games room, and retail and F&B spaces.
Japanese architects Nikken Sekkei, the world's third-largest architectural firm, designed Serenia District using Japanese Ireko design principles that focus on tranquillity, simplicity, and thoughtful use of space.
