DC Council to hold public hearing on cell phone ban for all public, charter schools
WASHINGTON () — Students across D.C. may soon have to give up their cell phones in the classroom as the DC Council considers a bill to ban all devices in D.C. public and charter schools.A public hearing on the Heads Up!
