KEWANEE, Ill. (WMBD) — The Kewanee Police Department said a body was located in the rural area west of Kewanee on Friday. The body was discovered by a concerned citizen who checked their properties while the Kewanee Police Department, Henry County Sheriff's Office, and the Illinois State Police were conducting a coordinated search in the area, a Kewanee police Facebook post said. The body was in a condition where a positive identification could not be confirmed. An autopsy is scheduled for early next week in Peoria County, according to the post. The Kewanee police have been searching for Catrelle Reed, who has been missing since last week. HENRY COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — An investigation is underway after a person was found dead in a parking lot in Henry County Saturday. The Henry County Sheriff's Office said a call came in on Saturday, May 10 about a possible body 'in the parking lot of Gin Creek WMA' — even though the Gin Creek Unit is a part of the Big Sandy Wildlife Management Area, according to the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency — on Copper Springs Road. Man dead, police investigating self-defense claim after shooting in South Nashville Authorities said they discovered a dead female in the parking lot but didn't share any details about her age or the condition of her body. Next of kin notification is reportedly pending. The sheriff's office said it contacted the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the 24th Judicial District Attorney's Office to help with the investigation.
