Juliette Has A Gun Miami Shake Juliette Has A Gun Classic perfumes will always stand the test of time, but if you're looking for a trending option this summer, you can't go wrong with a fruity floral. That's especially the case for anything strawberry, which is dominating the category. But that doesn't just mean dessert-esque fragrances—the note can go sophisticated and subtle. It's part of the larger gourmand trend that has been leading the fragrance world and taking unexpected turns. These are the top new fruity floral and gourmand scents, as well as the best new perfumes spanning every category for summer 2025. Chanel Chance eau Splendide Chanel A raspberry accord is what instantly catches your attention in the fifth fragrance in the Chanel Chance family. It opens with bergamot and crushed leaves, has a heart of leathery rose, and cedarwood, sandalwood and Indian sand vetiver for a deep, creamy base. $354, Terre d'Hermés Eau de Parfum Intense Hermés Woody and wonderful, Hermès perfumer Christine Nagel dreamed this up as an interpretation of the inner fire that animates people and the planet. Notes of bergamot, burning wood and lava stone achieve that effect. $168, Henry Jacques Il Y Avait Un Jardin… II Henry Jacques Family-owned French perfume brand Henry Jacques has been carefully crafting fragrances using old world techniques for decades. Now they're launching their first cologne-inspired eau de toilette, 'Il Y Avait Un Jardin…' which translates to 'There Was A Garden…' Delightfully fresh and woody, it blends trio of citrusy top notes—lemon, bergamot and mandarin—with lavender and nutmeg and a base of vetiver and tonka bean. $350, D.S. & Durga Rum Bay Rum D.S. & Durga A trio of limited-edition scents pays homage to both old-fashioned classic menswear and colognes. Rum Bay Rum is a stiff drink from a bygone era, with bay rum, sandalwood, clove, neroli and juniper berry. There's also Golfjazz that brings you to the putting green with notes of grass, limes, leather, mint, moss, patchouli, mimosa, cypress and cedarwood, as well as Grey Blazer, which conveys soft herringbone tweed with green spices, hedgerow flowers, virgin wool, tea, cyclamen, mandarin, guaicwood, carnation, tonka and lavender. $210, Bulgari Eau Parfumée Au Thé Vert Bulgari Bulgari has many iconic scents but this green tea one just might top the list. Originally created in 1992 as an exclusive gift for the house's top clients, the perfume has been updated with a new formula that spotlights a deeper and natural concentration of tea. Light and citrusy, the scent is completed with a floral accord of neroli petals and bergamot. $250, The Maker Revel The Maker Revel Accurately named, the muse behind Revel is celebrations—and this sparkling fruity-floral will surely put you in the mood to party. Warm and energizing, the effervescent blend of pineapple, lychee, frangipani and musk will amp you up for a time out on the town. $175, Krigler Octave Aurum 25 Krigler Enjoy a night at the opera with this deep woody amber perfume inspired by the Paris Opera. Named after the 'golden key,' a reference to octaves in music, the perfume was created in 1925 to pay homage to the Krigler family's appreciation of the Palais Garnier. Coconut water, lime, tonka bean and vanilla create the unisex blend that brings you straight to a tropical shoreline. $168, Glossier You Fleur Glossier Glossier's skin scent has been an undeniable hit. Fleur, the latest iteration, gives it a floral twist that's still subtle, true to the fragrance's DNA. Mineral salt accord, apricot skin, osmanthus, ylang ylang and musky ambrox lend it a velvety turn. $78, YSL Libre L'eau Nue YSL Diaphanous and airy, there's an interesting story behind this perfume's lightness: It's the first alcohol-free scent from YSL. The oil-in-water formula gives skin a glowing radiance while imparting it with a juicy, citrus floral scent that pays homage to Mediterranean summers, courtesy of bergamot, green mandarin and orange blossom. $145, Molton Brown Bluebell & Wild Strawberry Eau de Parfum Molton Brown Imagine taking an alpine walk in the spring and encountering bluebells, the gently scented wildflower that's at the heart of this floral fruity scent. Each bottle of perfume is made by hand in their workshop following authentic traditions of French haute perfumerie. Warm and delicious, Ambre Superfluide brings a long winter day spent next to a fire to life, with apple and cinnamon pie and gingerbread cooking on the hearth. It opens with honey, apple, cinnamon, sesame and bergamot; has a heart of rose, cardamom and fir balsam; and a base of black vanilla, amber, tobacco, rum, benzoin and musks. $295, Maison Francis Kurkdjian Kurky Eau de Parfum Maison Francis Kurkdjian Look through the back of bottle and you'll see doodles printed behind the label. This perfectly encapsulates the story behind the scent, which is the master perfume's childhood. It's even named after his childhood nickname, Kurky. One olfactive reference is the sugared almonds he received in a bright orange box for his baptism, which he still has and treasures today. The whimsical gourmand is made up of a red fruit accord and white musk base. $245, Tom Ford Fucking Fabulous Parfum Tom Ford Somehow the name and the scent are equally attention-grabbing. Now the original is even more potent thanks to an even bigger dose of leather and new notes of fir balsam and roasted tonka bean. $608, Coach For Men Eau de Parfum Coach The black lacquer bottle is the perfect representation of the juice inside: a spicy, woody floral that's deep, dark and a little mysterious. Meant to capture the energy of Coach's New York City home, it was created by perfumer Juliette Karagueuzoglou with top notes of bergamot oil and cardamom, a heart of geranium and cedarwood, and a base of Saffiano leather and vetiver. $122, Vacation Grand Cuvée Vacation Vacation burst onto the scene with their brilliant marketing and SPFs that don't feel like sunscreen. But another element of their success is their delicious scents, which are not only available in sunscreen format. This eau de toilette was inspired by the heart of their Chardonnay Oil SPF 30, blending argan, amber, vanilla bean, cognac, cedarwood and, of course, notes of champagne. $60, WA:IT AKA WA:IT 'Aka' means 'red' in Japanese, signifying the new energy that spring ushers in. Woodphoria is a woody floral that smells like an enchanted forest with notes of coconut water, fig leaves and sandalwood. $78, Arquiste Tropical Eau de Parfum Arquiste Tropical Welcome to the jungle. Filled with fruits and flowers, it brings a tropical paradise to life with notes of champaca orchids, ripe guava, fresh ginger, Mexican vanilla and mahogany. A modernist garden in Mêrida, Yucatán served as its muse. $225, Trudon Under the Trees Candle Trudon As part of Trudon's Lost In A Moment Summer Capsule collection, Under the Trees is the perfect summer candle. It unfolds into a delicate heart of orange blossom and lavender, finishing with deep, elegant notes of warm sandalwood, and unexpectedly ambery benzoin and cistus. The fragrances are presented in 250ml bottles of thick green laboratory glass, eschewing fuss for practicality. Style Edit: Henry Jacques captures nature's fleeting beauty with its 2024 Collection de l'Atelier – the maison's second triptych of perfumes produced from its own rose harvest

Occasionally it is possible to capture a fleeting moment of beauty in nature – and this is precisely what Henry Jacques is seeking to achieve with its newest release: the 2024 Collection de l'Atelier. The year refers to the maison's own rose harvest – only its second to date. The perfume collection is limited to just 500 pieces and will not be reissued. The 2024 Collection de l'Atelier: a limited edition triptych of fragrances. Photo: Handout Advertisement Henry Jacques is this year celebrating half a century of crafting exclusive perfumes using natural ingredients of the highest quality. In its unending quest for perfection, the maison in 2023 harvested its own roses for the first time. The result was the 2023 three-scent Collection de L'Atelier Now, this latest limited edition triptych of fragrances, the 2024 Collection de l'Atelier, is presented as an olfactory narrative of another unique year in the life of HJ Rose de Mai absolute – the proprietary aromatic oil extracted from the maison's roses. Rose Très Rose 2024 is a sophisticated tribute to the complex beauty of the flower. Photo: Handout Last year, despite a challenging season for rose production in France, Henry Jacques' roses proved as surprising and distinct as they had in 2023. Pickers noticed an unusual orange tint in the sap, hinting at a new olfactory profile. While 2023's harvest leaned towards green and vegetal notes, augmented by honey and spice, the 2024 absolute is more floral and powdery – more quintessentially roselike – but with acacia honey notes providing a warm, ambery depth. This profile forms the heart of the 2024 Collection de l'Atelier. Complete immersion by Henry Jacques' master perfumers in the environment of the rose field led to the inspiration for these singular yet interconnected fragrances. Each perfume evolves on the skin – much like a landscape being subtly transformed by the weather or shifting light – and the wearer can transition between the three according to the mood, context or moment. Rose Alba fascinates and comforts with opening notes of mint and cedarwood. Photo: Handout Rose Alba is fascinating and comforting, like the first rays of dawn light. Opening notes of mint and cedarwood lead to a heart of honeyed rose, elevated by mimosa and Tolú balsam. Sandalwood, amber and white musk then add warmth and elegance.
