Herb and Honey Bakery opens their doors to new location
A local bakery that's been making a buzz on social media has landed at a new brick-and-mortar location.
Herb and Honey Bakery has moved from their previous location in Urbaniak's to their very own storefront at 516 Cherry Street.
Local Special Olympics athletes surprised with news of joining Team Pennsylvania
The bakery focuses on quality baked goods made with local ingredients, and quickly outgrew their space with a large outpouring of community support.
Herb and Honey sources as many ingredients as possible from our local community, and owner Jessica Schultz continues to partner with local vendors and businesses to foster growth in the erie area

'We pay a living wage here, and I'm even working on trying to raise it. We also partner with a lot of local farmers. A strong community has a resilient food system behind it. One that has a lot of different products, from eggs, meats, dairy items. things like that,' Schultz said.
Herb and Honey has been operating since November of 2020.
