Vue Glasgow's exclusive Superman screening with free comic

To celebrate the release of the new Superman film, Vue cinemas in Glasgow are hosting a special Superman Hero Screening on Friday, July 11, with every booking including a free copy of All-Star Superman No.1. The comic, by Grant Morrison, helped inspire director James Gunn's latest take on the Man of Steel. It hopes to offer a fresh vision for the iconic superhero, introducing a new cast of DC characters and a reimagined storyline. Jonathan Maxwell, general manager at Vue Glasgow St Enoch, said: "We know how excited audiences are for James Gunn's interpretation of Superman. "This exclusive screening gives fans the rare opportunity to take home a special piece of cinematic history - the very comic issue that helped shape the film's story." The offer is limited to one comic per booking, not per ticket, and only applies to tickets purchased for the Superman Hero Screening on July 11. Bookings for other screenings without the 'Hero Screening' label will not qualify for the offer. More information about the screening is available on the Vue website.
