Over 150 students attend grievances redress camp for higher education admissions in Coimbatore
Coimbatore District Collector Pavankumar G. Giriyappanavar chaired a special grievances redress camp for students seeking admission to higher education courses at the District Collectorate on Friday.
Over 150 students who have completed Class 12, along with their parents, attended the camp and submitted 55 requests related to bank loans, certificates, education scholarships, and NEET coaching.
The Collector said the district has over 175 colleges in various fields. He also provided students with information on courses and addressed common queries.
A guidebook containing details on colleges, available courses, seat availability, contact persons, required certificates, and government support schemes was distributed at the camp.
