Bhopal: The 2025 edition of the Khelo India Youth Games in Bihar continues to showcase remarkable athletic talent by MP athletes across various disciplines. Madhya Pradesh's contingent demonstrated exceptional prowess, maintaining their fifth position in the overall standings.

In weightlifting, Himanshu Kushwaha's technical precision in both snatch and clean and jerk movements earned him a well-deserved bronze medal. He clinched a bronze medal in the men's 73 kg division. His combined lift of 255 kg comprised 115 kg in snatch and 140 kg in clean and traditional yogasana event saw Riya execute complex postures with grace and control. She secured a bronze medal with a score of 60.58 athletics, Ashish Kumar Yadav displayed remarkable skill in pole vault. He added to the medal tally by achieving bronze in pole vault with a height of 4.10 m. Shrishti showed impressive endurance in the women's 3,000 metre event. She demonstrated her endurance by winning bronze in the women's 3,000 m race, clocking 10: upcoming schedule features an exciting mix of traditional and modern sports.
