Holliston MA man pleads not guilty to charge linked to fatal crash. What's next
A Holliston man pleaded not guilty on Tuesday, June 17, in Framingham District Court to charges he faces regarding a fatal crash last year.
Paul Mangan, 73, was arraigned Tuesday on one count of motor vehicle homicide by negligence. Judge Mary Phillips released him without bail, but ordered him not to drive without a valid license.
Mangan is charged in connection with a July 21, 2024, crash in Holliston that killed Andrew Palumbo, 62, of Ashland.
In a press release at the time of the crash, Holliston Police said Palumbo was riding a motorcycle when he was struck by a car at 7:48 p.m. at the intersection of Mill and Prentice streets.
