According to OCSO, a search warrant was executed at the home of 42-year-old Jeffrey Holtby on Route 245 in Stanley on April 23 following an investigation into the sale of cocaine. During the search OCSO said investigators found cocaine packaged for sale, and a semi-automatic rifle which is classified as an assault weapon by New York Penal Law. Holtby was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance (3rd) and Criminal Possession of a Weapon (2nd).
