Cat Deeley launches new perfume that shoppers say made them ‘smell expensive'

Cat Deeley has launched a brand new unisex fragrance that smells 'expensive' and 'like a luxury spa', and can be used as a perfume, bath oil or as a pre-bedtime soothing scent Since presenting This Morning, Cat Deeley has been one of our go-tos for fashion inspiration, but it seems she's stepping into the beauty department too after launching a new fragrance line. Although it quietly hit the shops earlier this year, Cat re-announced the launch of her E11even Fragrance Oil last week with a post on Instagram, and fans have already been keen to find out where to get their hands on it. The perfume oil is available at SpaceNK with a 20ml bottle costing £80, and was created by Cat alongside her friend and celebrity makeup artist Amanda Grossman. The pair have been making and formulating it for 11 years, and the scent has been the 'secret' fragrance blend worn by makeup artist Amanda for most of her career. Inspired by travels around the world, Amanda had been using the blend of fragrance notes on her clients to help them feel calm and relaxed, and it's now finally available for everyone to enjoy. E11even Fragrance Oil has a roll-on design and an oil base, which helps nourish your skin as it soaks in and allows a reoccurring fragrance burst throughout the day as your skin warms up. Although it acts as a perfume, it also does so much more. You can use it as a fragrance, add it to a hot bath to infuse the steam with its calming scent, or apply it just before bed to help bring some peace and calm before sleep. The concept is reminiscent of Courteney Cox's Homecourt line, which also began with her Cocomoi Perfume Oil which is £35 for a 10ml bottle. Courteney's fragrance has notes of fresh coconut water, cedarwood, creamy fig, sweet cardamom, vetiver and black pepper and is made with skin-nourishing naturally-derived botanical oils. E11even Fragrance Oil is also made with clean, natural ingredients and essential oils, and has top notes of floral geranium and rose. There's also subtle hints of citrus, with amber and patchouli coming through within a few hours of drying. SpaceNK shoppers have been praising it for its 'spa-like' scent, with one saying: 'How to smell expensive! This perfume oil reminds me of a luxury spa. Since I started wearing it, I have had numerous compliments and requests for the name. One lady nicely summed it up with the words "you smell expensive". However it can take a few minutes for it to settle on your skin and may not be for everyone. I adore it, but is very difficult to locate in Ireland and had to be ordered online.' Another agreed: 'Like wearing a spa. A beautiful scent that conjures the best spa day you ever had. The perfume is strong - it's stimulating and soothing at the same time and packed full of essential oils . I wear both day snd night and also add a few drops to my bath for a luxurious and comforting feel . People appear compelled to comment on how lovely this smells and many have gone on to purchase My second bottle and I will be buying a third' One did caution: 'I received a 10ml sample of this in the 12 Days of Fragrance advent calendar. It smells like an incredibly intense natural spa... a grassy fragrance with medicinal vibes! I'm giving it two stars because the scent is just not for me... but the lasting power of this stuff is incredible. I tend to put a tiny amount on my neck before bed (just to use it up and not waste it!) and I can still smell it the next morning. Do not blind buy this fragrance because it won't be for everyone!'
