In Iran, Hints That The Regime Is Already On The Threshold Of Producing A Nuclear Bomb
The Iranian regime has reiterated many times to the U.S., Europe, and the international community that it has no nuclear weapons and does not seek to produce a nuclear bomb.
However, mere hours after Israel's strikes on Iran's nuclear facilities, Iran's Shahid Beheshti University, which lost nuclear scientists and professors in the attacks, as well as Iranian Majlis member Hossein Ali Shahriary posted online a call for Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei to show "Iran's true nuclear might" and to permit the use of a nuclear bomb in a response to Israel and the West.
These statements indicate that Iran apparently does have nuclear weapons, or is very close to producing them, and that all that is needed is permission from the Iranian leadership to use them or to produce them.

Shahid Beheshti University published the following statement:
"We will certainly avenge the criminals... Following the martyrdom of Dr. Mohammad Mehdi Tehranchi, Dr. Ahmad Reza Zolfajer, Dr. Abdolhamid Menouchehr, Dr. Sayyed Amir Hossein Fakhi, and Dr. Fereydoon Abbasi – five dedicated and wise professors from Shahid Beheshti University... with burning heart, hatred burning in our throats, and steadfast determination, we commit to continuing in the path of these holy martyrs, with might, honor, and faith...
"This crime will not go unanswered. We will avenge the blood of these martyred teachers... When the will of the oppressed nations boils and the cry of truth arises from the fire, then we will give an appropriate response to this cruelty and these crimes that shocked the pillars of mendacity.
"Soon we will reveal Iran's true nuclear might."
"Their memory is precious, their path is eternal, and vengeance for them is on the way."[1]
