Brooklyn Beckham 'worshipping at altar of Nicola's beauty' amid family feud
As Brooklyn Beckham stirs up fresh rumours about his reported family feud, a body language expert delves into his multi-layered Instagram posts, which are "brimming with symbolism" An alleged feud appears to be rumbling on in the House of Beckham, amid rumours that eldest son Brooklyn Beckham and his wife Nicola Peltz have distanced themselves from the rest of the brood. Rumours of a rift within the formerly close-knit family have been circulating for some time. Notably, Brooklyn was not in attendance at dad David Beckham's star-studded 50th birthday celebrations earlier this month. He also didn't publicly wish mum Victoria Beckham a happy 51st birthday back in April. Now, speculation has reached fever pitch as the 26-year-old chef appeared to make a pointed dig at his loved ones, with a post about how he would "always choose" wife Nicola. Sharing a video of them soaring off on a motorbike together, Brookyn declared that Nicola was his "whole world", much to the frustration of followers, who asked him to also remember his "beautiful parents who will always love you unconditionally". Although the ins and outs of what's really going on behind the closed doors of Beckingham Palace remain mysterious, a photograph, and indeed an Instagram video, can paint a thousand words. And on this subject, body language expert Judi James has shared her thoughts on Brooklyn and Nicola's "Show, don't tell snaps". Judi has reflected that Brooklyn's amorous displays of affection bear some similarities to his famous parents, with the former model and photography student carrying on a Beckham "family tradition". Judi told the Mirror: "This behaviour would be labelled 'Show, don't tell' where someone goes to great pains to illustrate their thoughts and external messages via photos or videos rather than having conversations. "It's normal practice in the Beckham household. David's 'love language' has always been his tattoos, and Victoria's trait of draping herself over her man in photos to suggest besotted ownership is a signature trait, meaning Brooklyn is just carrying on a family tradition. "He also seems to be doing the same by marrying a strong, beautiful and successful woman. When David married Victoria, he was a shy and less well-known footballer while she was a Spice Girl at the peak of her fame." With this in mind, eagle-eyed Judi has picked up on how Brooklyn's visual public messages appear to "fall into three categories". According to Judi: "Firstly, his photos show how much he worships at the altar of his wife's beauty. This idea of having married a 'catch' seems important to him. Then he seems constantly keen to show pics of their sex life. "There were photos of the couple in the bath, and there were pics of them kissing and embracing. Beauty and hot sex would seem to go on his non-verbal CV as an explanation why he seems or is rumoured to be alienated from his family." As explained by Judi, this sort of social media display is commonly seen when an individual "wants to 'explain' their lives during a split." Judi clarified: "It's about more than just boasting. It's not unusual for a partner to be unpopular with the other's parents, especially when the bonding has been as strong as the Beckhams. There is often a feeling during a fall-out that 'You don't know what the person I love is like behind the scenes.' "Pics like this are often used to show off their loving and sexual side. It can be an explanation of why any alienation, fallout or split can be worth it." And there's one image in particular that Judi has noted seems "brimming with symbolism" - the video of the couple zooming off on a motorbike together, appearing carefree and completely united. Delving into this, Judi said: "Firstly, Brooklyn seems to want to show that he is in charge in the relationship and moving forward and making the main decisions. This could be in answer to the 'hostage' claims. Nicola is clinging to his back like a backpack, not calling the shots here, and they look like they are escaping." She continued: "Then there is his written message of 'I always choose you' and 'Me and you forever' that is written for Nicola, but possibly aimed at his parents. It's sounding a definitive line in the sand that suggests he has to make a choice. "It sounds like a rebel yell and makes what is happening have a romantic narrative as they ride off into the sunset on their motorbike. It also seems to put the ball firmly in the parents' court in terms of making up. When someone posts videos like this, what can often in real life be a rather sad and stupid family rift can be made to look like a gesture of teenager-style rebellion." T he Mirror has contacted Brooklyn and Nicola's representatives for comment.

Daily Horoscope for May 13, 2025
General Daily Insight for May 13, 2025 Being sensitive isn't bad, but we must be able to manage it. Today, the watery Scorpio Moon trines stable Saturn, reining in our excess passions. Luna then shifts into optimistic Sagittarius at 4:35 am EDT, inspiring confidence and helping us see the best in whatever we face. When the Moon goes on to trine relationship planet Venus, we'll be in a favorable position to build alliances with people who want the same things we do. It'll likely turn out that pleasure shared is pleasure multiplied! Aries March 21 – April 19 Taking a break from your usual surroundings could reboot your confidence today. Perhaps you've gotten in a rut with the people you typically spend time with — you've known each other for so long that they tend to cast you in a certain role no matter how you've changed. As the spontaneous Moon in your 9th House of Exotic Experiences trines appealing Venus in your sign, a new crowd might meet the current you without such baggage. Try this on and see how it feels! Taurus April 20 – May 20 Stepping out of the spotlight can currently help you acquire the information you need. While the inquisitive Moon in your intimacy zone aligns with benevolent Venus in your 12th House of Secrets, someone may be willing to tell you everything they know as long — as no one else finds out they're spilling the beans. Even if maintaining this level of privacy seems inconvenient or excessive to you, it could be the price of getting what you want. You might as well pay it! Gemini May 21 – June 20 Working a room could come easily to you now. You are, of course, allowed to be interested in looking good at a gathering. You're also equipped to chat people up in a way that makes them feel personally heard as the attentive Moon in your relationship sector aligns with attractive Venus in your community zone. This approach doesn't only benefit whoever you're talking to — they'll potentially respond in kind. Perhaps you'll wind up making a connection that you'll genuinely want to keep going forward! Cancer June 21 – July 22 Being recognized for your hard work is possible at present. While the devoted Moon in your 6th House of Daily Routines supports favorable Venus in your reputation zone, it may be obvious to onlookers that the effort you put in on a regular basis adds up — you get stuff done! On account of that, you'll potentially be asked to take on another role with higher status or additional rewards. As you decide whether to accept, don't forget about its day-to-day responsibilities. Leo July 23 – August 22 Making time for fun should be worth the trouble today. As the impressionable Moon in your playful 5th house harmonizes with abundant Venus in your 9th House of Expansion, you're likely to be drawn toward the sort of pleasure that involves learning something new. Whether you're reading an informative book or covering fresh territory physically, being stimulated in this way can nourish your growth as a person. Don't worry about achieving measurable goals right now, though — just enjoy the journey. Virgo August 23 – September 22 Staying in could be especially rejuvenating for you at this time. While the cozy Moon in your domestic 4th house supports relational Venus in your 8th House of Intimacy, you might want to find a quiet moment at home to connect deeply with a loved one. When you focus on your bond without distractions, you may be ready to talk about challenging subjects you don't usually cover in daily life. In comfortable surroundings, a tough discussion can lean on a foundation of safety. Libra September 23 – October 22 Opening up more than usual could currently help you find people who are compatible with you. While the vulnerable Moon passes through your 3rd House of Communication, it might be especially easy for your true feelings to leak out in conversation. That's not always a bad thing! You can't always please everyone, and this way, those who share your sentiments will be able to find you. Knowing you already agree on something important will be a solid beginning for any connection. Scorpio October 23 – November 21 Lightening your load may be worth what it costs in the moment. As the nourishing Moon in your resource zone uplifts ease-seeking Venus in your 6th House of Responsibilities, you might come to realize that some of the tasks on your list don't have to be done by you. Paying another person to do a job you find difficult or unappealing can free you to pursue your natural strengths. Avoid letting your ego get in the way of a good outcome for everyone. Sagittarius November 22 – December 21 Following your recent instincts should feel good. With the primal Moon in your sign, your emotions may be close to the surface. Although this might include a bit of chaos, the greater result of your increased openness is more likely to be joy. Don't worry too much about seeming out of step with the people around you. Leaning fully into what you have going on, whatever it is, can put you in a strong position to lift the mood of everyone else! Capricorn December 22 – January 19 Letting your mind roam could be fruitful at the moment. As the fluctuating Moon flits through your 12th House of Contemplation, indulging in your daydreams might not immediately seem to be productive. Still, checking items off your to-do list isn't necessarily what you need most urgently. The effort you throw into any aspect of your life will ultimately accomplish more if you know what you're doing and why. Achieving that clarity can't be rushed — sometimes it just takes however long it takes! Aquarius January 20 – February 18 Your attention to your friends may pay off in new ways. As the perceptive Moon in your social sector soothes gentle Venus in your communication zone, you're likely to pick up on a pal who could use a pep talk. Saying something kind and encouraging will benefit more than the intended recipient. Beyond that, it might direct your focus toward what's good in the world. You have positive things happening in your life, and once you start to look, they'll become more and more noticeable! Pisces February 19 – March 20 Picking up on a promising professional opportunity is presently possible. This might be something you have to act on quickly before it passes! While the fast-moving Moon in your 10th House of Career vibes with fortunate Venus in your money zone, there's a chance of a financial benefit for you, though not necessarily a life-changing one. Even if you don't wind up sticking with this job forever, consider the value of letting abundance flow your way for the time being.

Daily Horoscope for March 15, 2025
General Daily Insight for March 15, 2025 We all need to hold our horses! Messenger Mercury is turning retrograde in Aries at 2:46 am EDT, where it will be scrambling signals and causing conflict for the next several weeks. The best way to make progress during this time is by moving as slowly as possible. The Moon in Libra will go on to oppose Venus, also retrograde in Aries, before making an opposition to Mercury. Everyone's thoughts and feelings are prone to running rampant all over the place. Aries March 21 – April 19 Choose your words carefully. Communicator Mercury is turning retrograde in your bold sign for the next few weeks, which makes it practically a matter of time before you accidentally rub someone else the wrong way. Similarly, avoid diving into unknown projects or making any permanent changes, as they probably aren't as plausible as they seem on the surface. Even if you normally love playing fast and loose with your goals, this is a time to play it safe. Don't poke the bear. Taurus April 20 – May 20 Nothing is what it seems. You may feel like you're missing something obvious or following your intuition in circles as Mercury turns retrograde in your 12th House of the Subconscious. It's already difficult to think clearly when Mercury is in this sector of your chart, but now it's even easier to get lost in daydreams and pick up the wrong end of the stick. Avoid engaging with as many serious topics as possible. Save that for down the line when Mercury enters your sign. Gemini May 21 – June 20 An anti-social vibration could cloud your day. You may not feel like your usually chatty self as your ruler Mercury stations retrograde in your 11th House of Networks, causing more than its fair share of confusion and miscommunication within your circle. Perhaps you feel lukewarm about certain people, or you may not have time in your schedule to get together, though it could be others who aren't quite available. Trying to get the gang together may feel like herding cats. Cancer June 21 – July 22 There's no need to climb the professional ladder. In fact, you'd do well to stay right where you are as Mercury turns retrograde in your job zone. Mistakes could seem to appear from thin air! You'll run less risk if you don't sign your name on any important contracts, take any complex jobs, or begin any vital projects. Instead, focus on work already in progress and keep your efforts behind the scenes. That way, you should emerge from this cycle unscathed. Leo July 23 – August 22 Easy does it, Leo. Mercury's calling you from your journey sector, offering exciting adventures every day — well, they'll seem exciting. As Mercury moves retrograde in this sector for the next three weeks, each intriguing opening could slam shut or reveal itself as a disappointing dud. Stick to what you know for the time being. If you absolutely have to quest into the epic unknowns of life, take utmost care to avoid the sort of sticky situations that would leave you feeling lost. Virgo August 23 – September 22 You know it's better to be safe than sorry, Virgo. That's especially true as your ruler Mercury is in your 8th House of Intensity. Even though this normally leads you toward epiphanies and revelations, today, there's trouble afoot as the cosmic communicator begins sliding retrograde. Instead of trying to emerge from any cocoons as a new and beautiful butterfly, consider this an opportunity to do some more growing behind the scenes. Remind yourself that the best is still yet to come. Libra September 23 – October 22 It's time to tango by yourself. Normally you'd do that with a partner, but Mercury is turning retrograde in your liaison sector for the next few weeks. It'll be nigh impossible to see eye-to-eye with someone important, be they a lover, a friend, or a professional partner. You should also avoid signing your name on any dotted lines for the time being, as you will likely get a raw deal in the contract — no matter how thoroughly you've vetted it. Scorpio October 23 – November 21 Life doesn't always flow as smoothly as you might like — and today, you're swimming upriver as Mercury turns retrograde in your competent 6th house. All your most responsible urges get overturned, creating one conundrum after another. You may also notice that other people are less helpful than usual. Even if they have good intentions, having to clean up their messes won't be fun. Set aside time to rest and decompress so you don't drive yourself crazy or incite further drama in the process. Sagittarius November 22 – December 21 This is no time to gamble recklessly. Mercury is shifting into retrograde motion for the next few weeks, and specifically will be backing up through your excitable 5th house. Do your best to avoid biting off more than you can chew. No matter how tasty or enticing something might look, diving in headfirst probably won't go well. Take your time moving forward at a careful and conscientious pace. What appears tailored for you at a distance could prove a very uncomfortable fit up close. Capricorn December 22 – January 19 Calm and quiet aren't likely to be found under your roof at this time. Conflict is around every corner as Mercury spins retrograde in your homey 4th house for the next three weeks. Think twice before attempting to rock the boat as far as family and feelings are concerned. Likewise, if you've been thinking about renovating, redecorating, or even moving, make an effort to wait until Mercury turns direct again. Otherwise, the results could be quite disappointing. Going with the flow would be wise. Aquarius January 20 – February 18 Don't put all your eggs in one basket. Even if you're fully certain you've got all the details down pat, Mercury Retrograde is about to crash into your busy 3rd house like a meteor of chaos. Anything that can go wrong probably will! If you drop the ball, don't be too hard on yourself. Just avoid taking unnecessary risks — especially if those risks are part of some newfangled, complicated plan. You'll find more success counting your chickens after they hatch, not a moment before. Pisces February 19 – March 20 Money matters require a bit of extra care at present. Mercury is turning retrograde in your 2nd House of Income, so this is no time to act like cash grows on trees. Quite the opposite — keep your wallet shut as much as possible. Avoid any get-rich-quick schemes, as they'll likely putter out before they can earn you a single cent. Likewise, avoid seeking out new jobs or other sources of income, as there's a high chance that things won't work out like you hope.
