First, the Imola, named for the famous Italian racetrack and created as a test bed for subsystems and engineering concepts to employ in future Pagani models. With such low production volumes and the commercial need to create rare batches to please clients, Pagani has produced engineering 'pull-forwards' like the Zonda R that informed the Huayra, and the Huayra R track car and Huayra BC that pulled forward materials and suspension design for the third-generation Pagani, the Utopia. Only five editions of the Imola will be built, guaranteeing its collectability. Mercedes-AMG's V12 delivers 827 horsepower. The engine also spools up 811 lb.-ft. of torque (1,100 ... More Nm in the European measure). Power is delivered through Pagani's unique development of an Xtrac 7-speed semi-auto gearbox. Horacio Pagani started working with composites when employed at Lamborghini more than three decades ago, and eventually established his own composites manufacturing company which provides lightweight components to the automotive and aerospace industries, and also defense industry. Pagani composite is as advanced as any in the world. Pagani Imola interior. Even the Acquarello Light paintwork is ultra-light weight, shaving 11 lbs. off the car. With fuel and oil onboard, perhaps add 150 pounds. But Imola is still well under 3000 pounds, comparable or superior to other track-day exotic specials, even with the weight of a semi-auto gearbox. Lower weight helps not just with acceleration and top speed, but most importantly for a track car, with cornering turn-in precision. A lighter car can simply change direction with greater ease. The wider mouth allows more airflow to the new inner ducts, optimizing aerodynamics and improving the efficiency of the front radiators. The light units are also exclusive to this vehicle: the Huayra Epitome is the only Pagani one-off to feature four light units installed on the front hood and two DRL elements installed on the bumper. The rear has been completely redesigned following the requests from the client, who wanted a hood with an integrated wing. World's First Manual Pagani Huayra Roadster Worth $6.9M
⚡️ Read the full article on Motorious In a world where hypercars are already engineering marvels, one enthusiast has pushed boundaries further—commissioning the world's only manual Pagani Huayra Roadster, a bespoke $6.9 million masterpiece. Automotive YouTuber Emelia Hartford and her friend Vince recently took delivery of this singular creation, experiencing firsthand the unparalleled craftsmanship and raw performance that make it one of the most unique cars ever built. Finished in striking blue carbon fiber, this Huayra Roadster stands out not only for its aesthetics but for its driving engagement, featuring a seven-speed gated manual gearbox—an unprecedented feature in the Huayra lineup. Typically, Pagani's Huayra Roadster comes equipped with a seven-speed automated manual transmission. However, Vince, the car's owner, envisioned a more visceral experience, opting for a dog-leg manual shifter with exposed mechanical linkages. The result is a throwback to classic race cars, where first gear sits in a lower-left position, allowing quicker shifts between second and third. Powering this custom Huayra is a twin-turbocharged 6.0-liter AMG V12, producing around 754 horsepower. The exhaust system, a lightweight titanium unit with four centrally positioned tips, ensures an aggressive soundtrack that drowns out nearly everything in its vicinity. The hypercar's advanced aerodynamics feature four independently controlled flaps, adjusting for optimal downforce and stability. Beyond performance, this Huayra Roadster is a work of art, from its handcrafted interior with bespoke touches to its carbo-titanium chassis, which makes it lighter and stiffer than the coupe. Every inch of the car reflects Pagani's philosophy of merging art and engineering. As Hartford took the passenger seat for the car's maiden drive, she was left nearly speechless. 'Oh, my God!' she exclaimed, capturing the essence of the experience in just three words. With only 100 Huayra Roadsters produced and infinite customization options, this one-of-a-kind manual build sets a new benchmark for exclusivity. Vince, now the proud owner of the world's first manual Huayra Roadster, has all the time in the world to uncover its secrets—one perfectly executed shift at a time.

Watch A Pagani Huayra Codalunga Get Hooned
⚡️ Read the full article on Motorious Most people would be nervous to drive a hypercar worth $7.5 million in the best conditions, but one owner decided to flog his on an ice track. That's right, a Pagani Huayra Codalunga, a vehicle so rare the Italians only made five of them, took part in the annual ICE St. Moritz in the mountains of Switzerland, participating in the ice race. And the guy didn't hold back. Check out the Motorious Podcast here. Every year, elites who love cars gather in St. Moritz on a frozen lake to enjoy one another's awesome rides and to watch those brave enough to hoon theirs on the ice track. Quite a few exotic supercars and hypercars are always in attendance along with ultra-luxurious rides and a number of tasteful classics boasting impressive backgrounds. Even among such an impressive stable of rides, a Pagani Huayra Codalunga will turn many heads. After all, it's not like you see them at car meets all the time, or really anywhere. Not only does that longtail design add plenty of drama to the Huayra, the snarl of the V12 with 829-horsepower and 809 lb.-ft. of torque on tap will dredge up the most primal instincts in any enthusiast and quite a few regular folk too. Don't expect that in the video the driver makes this ultra-expensive and rare car spin out or does anything too crazy with it. After all, he's on a slick surface behind the wheel of something that costs a ridiculous amount of money, and the guy obviously has a sense of responsibility. We can only imagine the mix of elation and caution he must feel. A curious detail you might notice in the video: the Pagani doesn't wear a license plate. We're unsure if it's just never been registered to drive on public roads or if the owner took off the plates for the event, perhaps out of a desire for some privacy. Images via YouTube

Ocean-Themed Pagani Huayra On Bring A Trailer Is What Happens When Tacky People Have Too Much Money
All too often, when wealth and cars collide, the results are disastrous. Just take a look at the modified vehicles that Mansory offers, for instance. Things can get worse when wealthy customers are able to customize a new car to their own liking. This decade-old Pagani Huayra currently listed for sale on Bring a Trailer is the perfect example of that. Admittedly, this 2014 Pagani Huayra is pretty special, but being special doesn't mean it looks good. A one-off called Oceano Pacifico, this Huayra's white and blue color scheme was apparently inspired by the colors of the Pacific Ocean. I don't see it. The color scheme is just giving high school football team vibes to me. Nonetheless, it's the only one in existence and the odometer shows just 2,000 miles on it. Keep in mind, though it has a high level of performance, the Huayra was never a looker. From the headlights to the interior, more than a few elements of the Huayra are awkwardly designed, and this spec makes it all worse. The top half of the car is finished in a blue called Blu Francia Metallic while the bottom half and other accents are finished in Bianco Fabriano, and there are lots of elements in exposed Blu Tricolore carbon fiber. It's just a lot going on, and it doesn't stop there. Anyone purchasing the car will get two sets of staggered 21- and 22-inch wheels. The set of factory Pagani wheels is finished in the same Blu Francia and Bianco Fabriano colors as the car, while a second set of aftermarket MV Forged wheels are finished in an orange-y gold. Behind the wheels are matching white-painted calipers. The interior is slightly better, but still over the top. There's Ocra yellow leather paired with Blu Ossido Alcantara covering the center part of the seats, door panels, center console and rear bulkhead. Lots of blue carbon fiber is found inside, as well. It's all topped off by a special 1-of-1 plaque on the dash with the Oceano Pacifico name, and Horacio Pagani's signature on the luggage door. Bidding for the car currently sits at $2,000,000 and will surely go higher. If it sells, that is. The gaudy-ness of this thing is probably why this is the second time in six months this particular Huayra has been listed for sale. In August 2024 it was listed on duPont Registry on behalf of Pagani of Beverly Hills, and it doesn't look as if it was sold. So if you have deep enough pockets — and no sense of taste — this might be the car for you. For the latest news, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
