In an exclusive article for Deadline, it was announced that Jesse Plemons will be officially joining the cast as Plutarch Heavensbee, a role originaly played by legendary actor Phillip Seymour Hoffman in 'The Hunger Games: Catching Fire' and both 'Mockingjay' films.
