Muslim States Must Block All Avenues of Assistance to ‘Israel': Imam Khamenei
Leader of the Islamic Revolution Imam Sayyed Ali Khamenei emphasized that Muslim governments must block all avenues of assistance to the Zionist regime and restrain their criminal hands from continuing these barbaric actions in Gaza. In a message to the 2025 Hajj pilgrims, the Leader also said the United States is a definite accomplice in the crimes of the Zionist regime. 'America's associates in this region and other Islamic regions must heed the call of the Quran about defending the oppressed. They must compel the arrogant US government to end this oppressive behavior. Leader calls on Islamic world to stand up against Israel's 'savagery and evil' — IRNA News Agency (@IrnaEnglish) June 5, 2025 Imam Khamenei emphasized that 'the amazing resistance of the people of Gaza has placed the Palestinian cause at the forefront of the concerns of the Islamic world and all free people worldwide.' He stated, 'We must seize this opportunity and hasten to help this oppressed nation. Despite the efforts of the arrogant and supporters of the Zionist regime to obliterate the name and memory of the Palestinian cause, the evil nature of this regime's leaders and their foolish policies have created a situation in which the name of Palestine is today brighter than ever, and public hatred for the Zionists and their supporters is greater than ever.' He considered this an important opportunity for the Islamic world. Imam Khamenei stated, 'Speakers and those with social authority must work to raise awareness and sensitivity among the people and expand the demands related to Palestine.' He continued, 'You, blessed pilgrims, must not miss the opportunity to pray and seek help from God Almighty during the Hajj rituals, and to ask God Almighty for victory over the oppressive Zionists and their supporters.'

In his remarks, Imam Khamenei addressed the topic of nuclear negotiations. Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei enters Imam Khomeini Complex to start a ceremony commemorating Martyrs of Service, including former President Ebrahim Raisi, former Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian, and their companions, who lost their lives… — IRNA News Agency (@IrnaEnglish) May 20, 2025 'The issue of [nuclear] negotiations was brought up. I have a notice for the other side,' he said, adding that the American side, which engages in these indirect talks, should avoid making nonsense remarks. 'Saying things like 'We will not allow Iran to enrich uranium' is nonsense. No one [in Iran] is waiting for others' permission. The Islamic Republic has its own policies and methods and will pursue them [independently],' he emphasized. 'At another appropriate time, I will explain to the Iranian people why the Americans and their Western allies insist so strongly on stopping uranium enrichment in Iran. I will make it clear what their real intentions are.' Iranian negotiators, led by Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, engaged in a fourth round of discussions with an American delegation in Muscat on Sunday. The American team was headed by the US President's Special Envoy Steve Witkoff. Mediated by Oman, the talks have been described by both sides as productive and progressing well. The discussions are primarily focused on Iran's nuclear program and the lifting of sanctions through a potential agreement to replace the 2015 landmark deal, which the US unilaterally withdrew from during Trump's first term in office.

IRGC Busts Vast Espionage Network Linked to US, ‘Israel' in Northern Iran
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) commander of Iran's Mazandaran province has announced that intelligence services from the US, 'Israel', and other adversarial countries have been actively trying to infiltrate Iran using foreign nationals and frequent travelers as cover. IRGC provincial commander Brigadier General Siavash Moslemi announced the successful crackdown on Wednesday, stating that the operation not only foiled significant security threats but also prevented potential crises from unfolding. IRGC dismantles Israeli-US linked networks in northern Iranhttps:// — IRNA News Agency (@IrnaEnglish) February 19, 2025 According to Moslemi, intelligence services from the US, 'Israel', and other hostile nations have been actively attempting to infiltrate Iran by posing as foreign nationals and displaced persons. Many of these foreign agents were operating under the guise of commercial companies, cultural centers, and charities, seeking to collect classified data and establish influence networks within the country. However, IRGC forces were able to identify and dismantle the espionage cells through meticulous intelligence monitoring, the commander added. This latest takedown comes on the heels of other recent IRGC operations against foreign spy networks. In January, the elite force arrested members of a network involved in gathering information about sensitive Iranian facilities in Khuzestan province for a foreign intelligence agency. In December, the IRGC also apprehended an individual in Ardabil province on charges of affiliation with the spy agency of a neighboring country. Additionally, Iran's Intelligence Ministry announced in late October that it had dismantled a separatist group linked to the Israeli regime that was planning to infiltrate the country from Iraqi Kurdistan in order to incite street riots and carry out assassinations. One of the group's key members was killed, while two others were arrested, and their weapons were confiscated during the operation.
