She believes that more preparations are needed so that the candidates feel comfortable and not feeling intimidated.
Therefore, SisterWorks, a not for profit organisation which helps to empower women, migrants and refugees, has developed training and exercises for them. Ifrin explained to SBS Indonesian what she has done tho prepare the seekers who are not from the English-speaking background or cultures.
