Local sports show presenter nominated for Community radio Sports Show Awards

SEDIBENG.- VUT FM Sports Presenter Tshediso Moremoholo has been nominated for Best Sports Show Community Radio Awards Presenter. Moremoholo is one of the most talented sports show presenters to have come from Sedibeng. His passion for sports will go down in the history of sports as one of the upcoming sports presenters destined for a great future in radio broadcasting. He is not just a sports show presenter but also has an eye for talent, especially for soccer stars. Unlike many sports show presenters, Moremoholo is not just sitting in the comfort of his seat but goes out there to watch these youngsters showcase their talent at the dusty soccer grounds in the community. Speaking to Sedibeng Ster Sport, Moremoholo said this is a dream come true for him to be nominated for this award. He told Sedibeng Ster Sport that his passion for the development of sports has come a long way, even before he became a sports presenter. On his Friday Sports Show, Moremoholo invites upcoming athletes to share their inspirational stories with his listeners. The Inaugural Community Radio Awards celebrate local broadcasting presenters. These awards are scheduled to take place in August, with the nominees competing against each other from different community radio stations. Some of the radio station presenters that Moremoholo will be competing against include Alex FM, Wow FM, Westside FM, and Radio Pulpit, among others. Moremoholo said he submitted a clip of one of his sports shows and explained why he thinks it is the best sports show. 'We were asked to submit our clip of our sports show, and I guess my motivation was enough to convince the panel of judges. I'm excited and look forward to rubbing shoulders with other best sports shows presented by the community radio stations. I don't want to lie, this serves as motivation to me by just being nominated for this category. Even if I don't win, it means a lot to me. I want to thank the VUT FM Station manager for giving me this opportunity to showcase my talent, and also my colleagues. And not forgetting the listeners, because these are the people that I serve,' he concluded. At Caxton, we employ humans to generate daily fresh news, not AI intervention. Happy reading!
