And speaking at the event, filmmaker Aanand L Rai had some thoughts to share. The director said, 'Very happy to be a part of this event. I always wanted my industry to be recognized by the government and the people of India. We have always got love but now we are getting the kind of respect we always wanted.' Madhur Bhandarkar also shared his views and said, 'This is a great initiative by the government, by our prime minister Narendra Modi. I'm very excited to be here. You'll get a lot of knowledge and learning experience over here to be able to connect with the country and its creative people.'
