Ranchi: The Ranchi district administration on Thursday launched an entrepreneurship programme to identify, nurture, and inspire 100 local talents to create innovations.

said, "Jharkhand, especially Ranchi, holds immense entrepreneurial potential due to its rich natural resources, skilled artisans, and a young population.
The region fosters innovation in agriculture, handicrafts, and mining sectors.
With increasing access to digital tools and govt support, Ranchi is emerging as a promising hub for local entrepreneurship development. With the initiative, we are not only launching a programme but shaping dreams."

(ISUA) submitted a recommendation to the Union minister of state for defence and Ranchi MP, Sanjay Seth, urging the inclusion of start-ups in
military engineering services
(MES) tenders.
ISUA national president Rathin Bhadra cited the critical gap in the implementation of the 'Startup India Policy' as start-ups are excluded from participating in MES tenders.
