SocGen proposes two new independent board members
PARIS, March 12 (Reuters) - French bank Societe Generale ( opens new tab said on Wednesday it would propose Ingrid-Helen Arnold and Olivier Klein as new independent members of its board.
Arnold, aged 56 and a German national, has had a long career at SAP, Europe's largest software maker, where she was chief information officer and member of the global management committee, SocGen said.
Klein, aged 67 and of French nationality, is currently Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of Lazard Frères Banque.
Shareholders will vote on the appointments at the annual meeting on May 20.
