Shenzhen Fairs Spotlight Sustainable Textile Innovations
Next week, Intertextile Shenzhen Apparel Fabrics and Yarn Expo Shenzhen will return from June 11–13 at the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center (Futian), placing sustainability and innovation at the heart of Asia's fashion sourcing ecosystem. Held alongside PH Value and the BIRD Fashion Fair, the events will host global exhibitors, highlight cutting-edge products, and feature fringe events promoting environmentally conscious and technologically advanced solutions.
Ms. Wilmet Shea, General Manager of Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd, stated, 'These platforms help accelerate the textile sector's transformation towards sustainability and collaborative innovation.'
Key highlights include:
Debut Zones : Fashion Gallery and The Closet—featuring sustainable designs, tech-infused textiles, and presentations by AiDLab, HK Fur Federation, Mint Studio, and others.
Fringe Forums : 30+ sessions covering design trends , AI in fashion , supply chain resilience , and digital innovation via Textile Dialogue and Talking Point stages.
Intertextile Forum : Theme—'Supply Chain Restructuring: Digital Intelligence-Driven Resilient Breakthrough.'
Yarn Expo Shenzhen : Leading yarn innovators like Consinee Group and Perino by Woolyarns will unveil eco-luxury fibres and blends.
Innovation Forums: Textile Materials Innovation Forum and China Fibre Fashion Trends Display Zone will focus on next-gen yarns and applications.
The fair will also spotlight regional strengths through pavilions from Changshu, Fujian, Huzhou, Shaoxing, and Shengze, while the International Zone (Hall 1) will gather global exhibitors.
