The Houthis, backed by Iran, have launched multiple strikes at Israel since the the war in Gaza in October 2023. Meanwhile, Israel has also struck Houthi-controlled areas of Yemen. The attack on Israel in the past 24 hours were "coordinated" with Iran, a Houthi spokesperson said in a televised address on Sunday.
