Ireland cricket captain Andy Balbirnie throws down gauntlet to teammates after shock opening Test win vs West Indies
ANDY BALBIRNIE challenged his Ireland teammates to whitewash the Windies after Paul Stirling became the first Irish batter to reach 10,000 runs. Balbirnie made a century and captain Stirling moved to 10,017 runs across Tests, ODIs and T20 internationals with a knock of 54 off 64 balls before being caught by West Indies' Gudakesh Motie off the bowling of Roston Chase.
