Harry Styles was spotted among the throng of people in the Vatican City on Thursday, May 9, witnessing Pope Leo XIV's inaugural public address.
The 31-year-old singer subtly blended into the crowd at the historic event, donning a grey cap emblazoned with "Techno is my boyfriend", black sunglasses, and a familiar blue coat he's been seen wearing on multiple occasions.
Visitors to Vatican City were taken aback to see the Grammy-winning artist attending such a momentous religious event, as the first American pope in history addressed his followers after a two-day papal conclave.

One user said: "Harry styles is so random, one day he's at the Grammys winning album of the year, then he's running a marathon in Japan... But he could also be in Rome waiting for the announcement of the new Pope, i love being his fan."
Another fan humorously commented on Styles' celebrity status, posting: "Can't believe the new pope got a glimpse of Harry styles on his first day of the new job."

Observant fans also noticed the slogan on the singer's hat, "Techno is my boyfriend".
"EDM ALBUM COMING," speculated one commenter.
Another chimed in: "Iconic of him.
"Why would he do that?" questioned a third, reports the Irish Star..
The artist, whose music career has amassed an impressive fortune estimated at $140 million, has lately been in the spotlight for activities outside of the recording studio.
In an impressive display of stamina last month, he ran in the Tokyo Marathon and impressively completed the 26.2-mile race in less than four hours, surpassing 20,000 fellow participants.
Despite making various public appearances, Styles is shying away from the trend set by others and won't be joining the array of stars for a Las Vegas residency at The Sphere.
A representative for the ex-One Direction star recently clarified to US Weekly: "To set the record straight, there has never been plans for Harry Styles to perform at Sphere."
