The 59-year-old bought the land in 2020 for $5.1m (€4m) and has since invested millions in developing a state-of-the-art property.
The luxurious seven-bedroom mansion at 1061 N Venetian Drive, overlooking Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline, has 105 feet of deep-water frontage and a boat lift able to accommodate a 60-foot yacht.

'Irv the Swerve' has lately driven himself as a home developer and is hoping to net a major payday with his latest project.
He has also built and sold other properties in the Venetian Islands area of Miami.
Irvine has a home in the Sunset Islands area of Miami, designed with a tropical modernism aesthetic, featuring a rooftop lounge, swimming pool, and green garden. He also owns a villa in a coastal town near Genoa in Italy.
He is reported to have a multi-million-euro portfolio, with around 40 properties worldwide.

The Co. Down man previously owned a luxury 5, mansion in Dalkey, which was famously rented out for a period before being sold, with Matt Damon among the famous names who hired it out.
This property, named 'Ischia', features amenities like an outdoor pool, indoor lagoon, Jacuzzi and a cinema room. The property is located on Sorrento Road, offering views of Dublin Bay.
He also once owned Cocoon bar near Dublin's Grafton Street, which now has new owners and trades as Lemon and Duke.
Eddie raced with Jordan, Ferrari and Jaguar on the F1 circuit from 1993-2002 and had four wins.
Irvine has said his biggest personal influence besides his family is his former girlfriend Maria Drummond, whom he met at the Macau Grand Prix in 1988.
