The Tannadice club have thrashed out a fee to sign the Moldova international - who will pen a long-term deal at the club Dundee United have agreed a deal to sign Moldova international Iurie Iovu. Jim Goodwin made Iovu a top priority, after letting Declan Gallagher go. The United boss has been impressed with the towering Moldovan who impressed on loan at Alaves B last season. United are making major progress in their summer rebuild. ‌ They are hopeful of finalising two or three moves by the end of the week. Goodwin has seen good value in the Eastern European market with the likes of Vicko Sevelj and Kristijan Trapanovski.
