Ivanka Trump pens emotional Mother's Day tribute to late mom Ivana
Ivanka Trump has penned an emotional Mother's Day tribute to late mom Ivana Trump. The 43-year-old took to Instagram earlier today with a heartfelt post about her mother who was married to President Donald Trump from 1977 to 1990. She shared a carousel of touching snapshots of Ivana - who tragically passed away after sustaining injuries from falling down the stairs in July 2022. The pictures included several touching moments enjoyed by the mother-daughter duo over the years - from sun-soaked holiday snaps to affectionate cuddles and birthday celebrations. Ivanka then finished the post with images of her own journey into motherhood after welcoming Arabella Rose, 13, Joseph Frederick, 11, and Theodore James, eight, with Jared Kushner. The mom-of-three candidly wrote: 'Happy Mother's Day to all the incredible mothers out there! 'Today, I'm holding close the beautiful memories of my mother, Ivana — her strength, humor, and love continue to guide me every day. 'I feel her presence in so many moments, especially as I raise my own children. 'I'm also deeply grateful for my grandmother babi who fills our home with wisdom, grace, and unconditional love. 'Her quiet strength is a gift to all of us, and I cherish the bond she shares with my kids.' She concluded: 'To every mother, grandmother, and mother figure — thank you for the love you pour into your families and the light you bring into the world.' Elsewhere, Ivanka shared a glimpse into her own Mother's Day celebrations today via her Instagram stories. She showcased several bouquets of white flowers as well as a sweet treat consisting of strawberries and cream. Ivanka recently spoke about the fond memories she had of her mom during a January appearance on The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Podcast, sharing some of the best things that she learned from her parents. She reminisced about the time spent with her late mom at New York's Plaza Hotel, where she served as the CEO. 'I used to go to her everyday after school, she was the CEO of the Plaza Hotel, the iconic hotel in New York, and I'd go with her on walks, and it was literally like a more well-behaved Eloise at the Plaza,' Ivanka revealed. 'I'd run behind her and watch her do her thing. My father was the same.' During the interview, Ivanka also recalled that her mother, in particular, had an amazing and sharp attention to detail. She then discussed one visit to see her mom at The Trump Castle, which was a casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey, that she ran. The heiress said that there were tons of chandeliers hanging from the ceiling in the lobby, and as the two were going down the escalator, Ivana could tell that one lightbulb had gone out without even taking as much as a look at the light fixtures. 'That level of crazy detail was my mother,' Ivanka said.

It's Mother's Day for moms across the country, including the most famous family in the world: The Trumps. President Donald Trump's mother, Mary Anne MacLeod Trump, died in 2000, according to the New York Times. But with the president's three marriages, five children and 10 (soon to be 11!) grandchildren, there are plenty of mothers in the Trump family tree to celebrate. The president also appeared at a White House event celebrating military mothers along with first lady Melania Trump on May 8. So, who is who in the Trump maternal line? Here is what to know: Is the new pope anti-Trump? What we know about Robert Prevost posts on Vance, Trump Donald Trump's first wife, Ivana Trump, was the mother of Donald Jr., Ivanka and Eric. The couple was married in 1977 and officially divorced in 1992. She died in 2022 at the age of 73 from blunt impact injuries to the torso after an accidental fall. "She was a wonderful, beautiful, and amazing woman, who led a great and inspirational life. Her pride and joy were her three children," Trump said on Truth Social of her death at the time. "She was so proud of them, as we were all so proud of her. Rest In Peace, Ivana!" Mother's Day: What to say when people have lost their mothers, have strained relationships Marla Maples, former model and Trump's second wife, is the mother of Tiffany Trump. Maples and Trump were married in 1993 and divorced in 1999. Maples is soon to be a grandmother, as her daughter Tiffany is pregnant with her first child. Early May social media posts indicate she is due soon. Trump's third and current wife, first lady Melania Trump, has one son with the president: Barron Trump, 19, recently completed his freshman year at NYU. Melania Trump has stayed low for a lot of her husband's second presidency, making only occasional public appearances. Her mother Amalija Knavs died in January 2024, and much of the Trump family attended her funeral held at the Episcopal Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea in Palm Beach. Trump's first daughter and two daughters-in-law will also be celebrating Mother's Day this year. Donald Trump Jr. has five children with his ex-wife Vanessa Trump. It has remained vacant since 2022, and is currently on the market for $19.5 million, according to Street Easy. Cops said the graffiti appeared around 1:07 a.m. on Friday. Police are investigating the incident. They are not considering it a hate crime, police said.
