Tropicana Metropark Wins Five-Star Best Residential Award at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2025
Tropicana Corporation Berhad ('Tropicana' or 'Group') won a Five-Star award for Best Residential High-Rise Architecture in Malaysia for SouthPlace 2 Residences & Shoppes, Tropicana Metropark at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2025 – 2026. The Group won its first award in 2012, with this award making it Tropicana's 12th year of winning. Upscaling work-life balance in Gelang Patah

TROPICANA Uplands is fast becoming a sought-after address in Gelang Patah, Johor. Designed with sustainability at its core, it stands as one of the landmark townships for Tropicana Corporation Bhd. Ang added, 'Following this overwhelming demand, Fraser Heights phase one was launched with much success, recording 80% take-up within the first quarter of the year. 'We have now unveiled the second phase and will continue to engage with our loyal purchasers.' The highly anticipated OFFLINE 16 mental wellness event is back for its second year—bigger and better than ever! Spearheaded by the Australian-owned supplement company, VitaHealth Malaysia ('VitaHealth'), and community builder and master planner, Tropicana Corporation Berhad ('Tropicana' or 'Group'), the initiative champions mental wellness by encouraging participants to disconnect from digital devices and fully engage with the world around them.
