The No. 5 seed Georgia Bulldogs play the No. 12 seed Oklahoma Sooners in the second round of the SEC Baseball Tournament. The game will be played at a neutral site in Hoover, Alabama, with the winner facing the No. 4 seed Vanderbilt Commodores in the quarterfinals on Thursday night.
Georgia (42-14, 18-12) meets Oklahoma (34-19, 14-16) for the fourth time this season. The Dawgs won the regular season series two games to one, which was held in Athens, Georgia.
Oklahoma is coming off a 5-1 win over No. 13 seed Kentucky in the first round. The Sooners are looking to make a run in the SEC Tournament to solidify their postseason hopes. Georgia is expected to be a national seed in the NCAA Tournament, but could use a win or two in the SEC Tournament to improve their seeding.

Georgia is scheduled to play Oklahoma on Wednesday, May 21 at 5:30 p.m. ET. The Georgia-Oklahoma game will be televised on the SEC Network.
Georgia has not won in the SEC Tournament since 2021. The Bulldogs have never won the SEC Tournament, but has finished second three times. Georgia is 31-51 in the SEC Tournament all-time and the 2025 SEC Tournament will be tough. The SEC is projected to have 13 teams make the NCAA Tournament, which is the most of any conference.
Georgia is expected to start right-handed pitcher JT Quinn (1-1, 2.25 ERA) in what should be a bullpen game for the Bulldogs. Oklahoma will start right-handed pitcher Kyson Witherspoon (9-3, 2.48 ERA) for the 15th time this season.
