Jaat OTT release date: Sunny Deol's movie Jaat, which was released in theatres on April 10, is all set to make its OTT debut. During its run, the movie garnered praise from both critics and the audience. The good reviews also translated into better box office numbers, as the action movie earned ₹ 88.65 crore domestically during its theatrical run, according to industry tracker Sacnilk. Globally, the film was a commercial hit in the ₹ 100 crore club. Jaat has earned ₹ 118.78 crore at the worldwide box office. Jaat is a high-octane action thriller set in the turbulent aftermath of the 2009 Tamil civilian war. The narrative kicks off when Ranatunga, a ruthless war criminal, flees to India with stolen treasure and, along with his gang, establishes a brutal regime across thirty villages. As oppression deepens and hope fades, the villagers live in fear under his reign of terror. Years later, a mysterious stranger known only as Jaat emerges. Driven by a fierce sense of justice, he begins to uncover the atrocities committed by Ranatunga and his equally merciless wife. What follows is a relentless one-man crusade as Jaat takes on their tyrannical empire, determined to bring them down and restore peace to the region. Jaat also stars Randeep Hooda, Viineet Kumar Siingh, Ramya Krishnan, and Jagapathi Babu in pivotal roles. Sunny Deol has announced that he will return as Baldev Pratap Singh soon. Bollywood's action hero said there will be a Jaat 2, a sequel to the movie. Director Gopichand Malineni is reportedly going to direct the sequel. 'You have given me so much love for my film Jaat. I promise Jaat 2 will be even better,' Sunny said in the video.

Raid 2 Box Office Collection Day 6: Ajay Devgn's film stays on course, inches close to ₹100 crore mark
Raid 2 Box Office Collection Day 6: Ajay Devgn's latest release, Raid 2 is likely to hit the ₹ 100 crore mark this week. The film completed its first seven days at the box office on Tuesday. According to industry tracker Sacnilk, Raid 2 has earned ₹ 5.4 crore from its morning, afternoon and evening shows across India. While it's lower than its previous day's earnings, it is subject to change. With this, the total earnings of the film are ₹ 84.15 crore. However, this is live data from the website. The final figures will be out post night shows. Raid 2 had an overall 12.38% occupancy on Tuesday. Owing to the weekend, the footfall has reduced for Ajay's film. Despite the fallen occupancy, the film is doing better than other Hindi films, including Akshay Kumar's Kesari Chapter 2 and Sunny Deol's Jaat 2. Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Ahmedabad are leading with the highest number of screenings for Raid 2. In terms of occupancy, Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, and Jaipur have recorded better numbers. On day 5, Raid 2's India Net Collection was ₹ 78.75 crore. While its Worldwide Collection was ₹ 108.65 crore on the same day, its Overseas Collection was ₹ 15 crore. On Day 5, India Gross Collection was ₹ 93.65 crore. Talking about the box office business of Raid 2, film trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared their expert opinion on X, formerly Twitter. He posted earlier in the day, 'IT'S A HIT... #Raid2 is officially a HIT, and the crucial Monday has confirmed it... After a terrific *extended* weekend, the film held strong on Day 5, solidifying its status as a genuine success.' As Raid 2 is majorly clashing with Kesari Chapter 2, Adarsh also mentioned, 'The #Boxoffice is gradually returning to normalcy, with #Jaat [mass pockets], #KesariChapter2 [urban centres], and now #Raid2 drawing solid footfalls – all within a month. Interestingly, all three feature superstars from the 1990s: #SunnyDeol, #AkshayKumar, and #AjayDevgn, reaffirming their enduring appeal. With the current momentum, #Raid2 is expected to remain strong through the weekdays... An *extended* Week 1 total of ₹ 95 cr+ looks well within reach. #Raid2 [Week 1] Thu 19.71 cr, Fri 13.05 cr, Sat 18.55 cr, Sun 22.52 cr, Mon 7.47 cr. Total: ₹ 81.30 cr. #India biz | Nett BOC | #Boxoffice.' Raid 2 also features Riteish Deshmukh as the prime antagonist. It has Vaani Kapoor as well.

Raid 2 box office collection day 1: Ajay Devgn film has a better opening day haul than Drishyam 2 at ₹18 crore
Raid 2 box office collection day 1: Ajay Devgn's Raid 2 released in theatres nationwide on May 1. The sequel to his 2018 hit, Raid, the film also stars Vaani Kapoor and Riteish Deshmukh in key roles. As per the latest update on the film had an impressive opening day haul, crossing ₹ 18 crore. (Also read: Ajay Devgn says there is no point in blaming officers or corruption: 'Woh hum mein se ek hain') The report stated that Raid 2 had an opening day collection of ₹18.25 crore, as per early estimates. The film had an overall 31.81% Hindi occupancy on Thursday. The occupancy was 21.23% for morning shows, while for the afternoon shows, it was 35.76%. The occupancy showed growth in evening shows at 38.45% Raid 2 had a better opening than Ajay's 2022 release Drishyam 2, which earned ₹15.38 crore at the domestic box office. Raid 2 also performed significantly better than Sunny Deol's Jaat 2, which had collected ₹9.50 crore. However, Raid 2 failed to come near the opening day haul of Vicky Kaushal's Chhaava 2, which had the biggest opening of 2025 at around ₹31 crore. Raid 2 sees Ajay return as Indian Revenue Service Officer Amay Patnaik who conducts a raid on Dada Manohar Bhai's property. The film also stars Vaani Kapoor, along with Saurabh Shukla in a special appearance, also reprising his role from Raid. An excerpt from the Hindustan Times review of the film reads, 'The film begins promisingly, with a twist at almost every turn in the first half, keeping the audiences guessing. Raj Kumar Gupta, known for helming thrillers such as No One Killed Jessica, maintains a firm grip on the unfolding events. However, the biggest drawback of Raid 2, set around the 1990s, lies in its reliance on convenience. Amay, our hero, consistently gets help from people with shocking ease. This means Riteish's character arc as Dada bhai is undermined.'
