Missiles from Syria target occupied Golan Heights for first time since Assad's fall

ALBAWABA- Explosions rocked the occupied Syrian Golan Heights late Tuesday night as air raid sirens blared across the southern region.
According to Israeli media, two Grad rockets were launched from the city of Daraa in southern Syria, landing in open areas within the Golan Heights.
Channel 12 reported that this marks the first missile attack from Syrian territory toward the occupied area since the fall of the Assad regime.

Israeli forces have conducted hundreds of airstrikes across Syria over the past six months, targeting military installations and infrastructure.
These operations, often justified by Israel as 'preemptive,' have intensified notably since the collapse of the Assad regime, causing extensive damage to Syria's remaining military assets.
