Five teens arrested after stolen firearms found during traffic stop

COLLEGE STATION, Texas (FOX 44) – Five teenagers have been arrested after firearms were discovered during a College Station traffic stop. Police say a traffic stop resulted in the recovery of three firearms, two of which were reported stolen. One of the firearms, a Glock 19, had a modified 'glock switch' making it capable of being a fully automatic weapon. Five arrests were made during this traffic stop. Jacarias Javon Hurst, 17, has been charged with Unlawful Carry of a Weapon and Minor in Possession of Tobacco. He is in the Brazos County Jail with bond set at $5,300. Darris Daquan Johnson, 18, has been charged with Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon, Prohibited Weapon and an outstanding warrant. He is in the Brazos County Jail with bond set at $16,000. Trevin Tremaun Bell, 18, has been charged with Unlawful Carry of a Weapon Minor in Possession of Tobacco. He is in the Brazos County Jail with bond set at $4,300. Kennedye Nicole Young, 18, has been charged with Possession of Marijuana and Minor in Possession of Tobacco. She is in the Brazos County Jail with bond set at $2,300. A 17-year-old man was charged with No Safety Seat Belt Passenger. Police also said a small amount of marijuana and tobacco products were found during the search of the vehicle.
