Tributes paid to ‘kind-hearted' man (21) killed on e-scooter in Dublin

Tributes are being paid to a 21-year-old man who died from his injuries after he was involved in a collision on an e-scooter in Finglas, Co Dublin.
The incident happened on the Cappagh Road on Sunday June 15th shortly after 5pm. The man, aged in his 20s, was travelling on the e-scooter who was brought to Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown to be treated for serious injuries, has since passed away.
He has been named locally as father of one Jack Goss from Finglas. Locals said Jack was ''extremely kind hearted and would do anything for anybody''. His family have described him as the ''centre of their universe''.
Investigating gardaí continue to appeal for witnesses to come forward. Any road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were travelling in the Cappagh Road area between Heathfield and Cappagh Hospital between 4.45pm and 5.05pm and may have camera footage (including dash-cam) are asked to make it available. No funeral arrangements have been made as yet.
