AuSable Valley Unified Hoop Day Game
KEESEVILLE, NY – The AuSable Valley patriots hosted their Unified basketball school day game on Frriday.
They would host the Saranac Spartans in front of a full Patriot's gymnasium.
AuSable got out to a big lead early on, which included a first quarter buzzer beater from Pats freshman Troy Vanvalkenburg. Who I found out is a master at the high-pressure shots.
The visiting Spartans would mount a second half comeback that got them to within one possession, making for an interesting finish.
Jacob Latour helped lead the comeback for Saranac.
