Progress of ongoing projects discussed at DISHA meeting in Sivaganga
During the District Development Coordination and Monitoring Committee (DISHA) meeting held in Sivaganga on Friday, implementation and progress of various government schemes and programmes were discussed.
Matters on health and sanitation, children and women development, farmers and agricultural welfare, rural development, traffic and highways, water supplies, micro small and medium scale enterprises, land and minerals, differently-abled livelihood, animal husbandry, Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee (MGNREGA), Jal Jeevan mission, Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana, among others, were discussed at the meeting.
Sivaganga MP Karti Chidambaram, Collector Asha Ajith, among others were present at the meeting.
