Trust your instincts, this style of fine dining is a wild experience
It starts with a high tea upon arrival - it's buffet style, with chicken schnitzel sliders, mini croissants filled with cream cheese and smoked salmon, sandwiches, scones with jam and cream, cakes and fruit, to name a few. This is the first introduction of Jamala's catering for everyone. It takes crowd pleasers and elevates them. That party pie isn't one you would find at a children's party. It's going to have pepper steak filling with crispy toasted pepitas sprinkled on top. And you're eating these offerings while watching two of the zoo's colobus monkeys, and the sharks that circle through from the adjoining aquarium. Or, potentially, getting up close and personal with the Burmese rock python that a keeper has just brought in to say hello to guests.
