Promotion to 'shake Welsh wrestling scene' at Caerphilly show
A PROMOTION is set to "shake the Welsh wrestling scene" at an upcoming show in Caerphilly.
Brilliance Pro Wrestling, formerly No Mercy Wrestling, will return to Caerphilly Leisure Centre on Sunday (March 9) with 'No Mercy, No More!'.
The event will feature a Legacy Championship showdown and a ladder match.
The promotion is now under the ownership of Swansea's James 'The Brilliance' Ellis, who dramatically took over from founder Chris Bevan in 2024.
Ellis is keen to make his mark, starting with a Legacy Championship shake-up in the main event.
He said: "I've told my good friend Kelly Sixx to take the Legacy Championship off Kenny Mantra, a lad from Crosskeys, because if we have to stay in Caerphilly, the least I can do is start cleansing this promotion of its lingering Valleys stench."
The current Legacy Champion, Kenny Mantra, has been at the top of the promotion for more than 450 days.
He said: "I've seen the fallout from this management power struggle, but at the end of the day, I'm taking my title back to The Valleys."
VIP packages have sold out, and general admission tickets are selling fast.
The event will also feature a ladder match, a tag team showdown, a triple threat match, and the return of Charles Crowley.
