‘No active threat': N.W. Calgary high school locked down due to weapon complaint

A northwest Calgary high school was locked down on Tuesday afternoon due to a weapons complaint.
Calgary police said at 12:35 p.m., it received reports someone was inside James Fowler High School with a weapon.
The school, located in the 4000 block of Fourth Street N.W., was subsequently locked down.
'At this time, there is no active threat to the students within the school,' police said in an update.
Police are working to locate the suspect.
