Green Bay's Tidy Cleaners & Laundry to close in March after almost 80 years
GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – A business titan of Green Bay is set to close near the end of March after opening nearly 80 years ago.
Tidy Cleaners & Laundry President James Mohr has been in his position for over 50 years at the business his father started in 1946. Now, as Mohr is set to retire, the family business will close its doors for good on March 28.

'It makes you feel good, but also you feel bad,' Mohr said. 'You've got people you've been dealing with for years and they're kind of like family.'
Mohr said he's seen some of the same employees and customers for 40+ years.
'We must be doing something right to have employees work that long here and customers coming back that long,' Mohr said. 'That makes me feel good.'
Mohr added that he's proud of the customer service the business has provided over the last several decades. But while he says he's not fully certain of what's to come for him in the next phase, he had one final message of gratitude.

'Thank you for letting us serve your business or personal needs,' Mohr said about his customers. 'And a thank you to all of our employees through the years, there were a lot of good and hard-working people.'
Mohr said it's the customers and employees that made it a family business. Tidy Cleaners & Laundry will remain open until March 28.
