Husker commitment set to visit campus next Friday
Class of 2026 Nebraska football linebacker Jase Reynolds will be visiting Lincoln next Friday. This was reported by multiple media outlets.
Reynolds originally committed to the Huskers on May 5. He has visited Nebraska several times in this calendar year, with his most recent visit coming on April 12. He also visited Lincoln on February 1, as well as on November 23, 2024.
He is currently ranked as the 63rd overall linebacker in the 2026 class, and the seventh overall player in his class from the state of Nebraska per the On3 Rankings.
The linebacker is part of a 2026 class that is still forming. Currently, the class has five commitments in it, with offensive lineman Rex Waterman being the most recent commitment. The program has made a summer push with recruits, and more good news could be coming in short order.
Reynolds could be a key part of the linebacker unit, especially in regards to depth and productivity. He will give the linebacker unit an additional playmaker, on a unit that already has a bit of a local feel to it.
