Detective sisters uncover history at Jefferson Parish school
JEFFERSON PARISH, LA (WGNO) — Here they come down the hall.
A team of super sleuths.
Actually Jefferson Parish students at Jefferson Virtual who are three sisters, 16-year-old twins Mikayla and Alyssa and their big sister 18-year-old Gabrielle Glapion.
WGNO Good Morning New Orleans features reporter Bill Wood discovers what this team just discovered.
It's a piece of the past.
A real chunk of history they knew nothing about.
But here it is. Right in their school.
In a little brick building out behind the main school, behind hundreds of years of history, it's a plaque that says 'Suburban Acres High School.'
