‘An opportunity for families to gather' – ExpERIEnce Children's Museum hosts Community School Night Out
Getting the family out together was the main goal for the ExpERIEnce Children's Museum on Monday evening. It was the Community School Night Out event. Play ball! Erie SeaWolves tickets to go on sale Tuesday Erie Insurance partnered with the museum to create the event, as part of the Community School Initiative created by the United Way. And while the educational aspects of the night were on hand, organizers said the reason for the night out was maybe more important. Crew of pirates take over the Erie downtown skating rink Saturday 'It really is just an opportunity for families to gather, to build memories and to play and have fun together,' said Jenny Geertson, director of community outreach at Erie Insurance.
