FOND DU LAC, Wis. - The Fond du Lac County District Attorney's Office announced on Monday, June 2 that Jeremy Stoll has been sentenced to nine years in prison and an additional 15 years of extended supervision in connection with the fentanyl overdose death of a man. Fond du Lac man convicted of reckless homicide for role in 2022 overdose death
(WFRV) – A Fond du Lac man was reportedly convicted for his role in a 2022 overdose death. According to Fond du Lac County District Attorney Eric Toney, Jeremy Stoll was convicted of reckless homicide for his role in a 2022 overdose death. Stoll reportedly pleaded no contest to first degree reckless homicide and was found guilty. A sentencing hearing was scheduled for June 2 at 2 p.m. Wisconsin man arrested, officially charged with Possession of Child Pornography following cyper tip The overdose happened back in June of 2022. Officials say the autopsy showed the cause of death to be mixed drug toxicity, which included fentanyl, norfentanyl, cocaine and methamphetamine. The detectives did fantastic work continuing to run down leads throughout this case, which helped lead to the defendant pleading no contest and taking responsibility for his role in the delivery of fentanyl that contributed to the victim's death.
