Charleston County woman accused in sexual exploitator of a minor investigation
CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – Deputies arrested a 43-year-old Charleston County woman on charges connected to the sexual exploitation of a minor.
Jillian Johnell Maxner, 43, was taken into custody Wednesday following a search of her Stonebrook Road home, according to the Charleston County Sheriff's Office.
Affidavits from the sheriff's office show that on December 26, 2024, the user of Kik, a messaging app, uploaded video of a child, mostly nude and engaging in sexual activity with an animal.
A search of the user's IP address led detectives to Maxner's home, where a search was conducted.
She is charged with one count of sexual exploitation of a minor in the second degree. Maxner was booked into the Al Cannon Detention Center.
